The “Buy My Media” and “Donate My Media” sister sites were both built using the same basic system. The design and xhtml/css coding were entirely custom. Afterwards the client requested these systems be moved into a Word Press system. So the original sites were redone via Word Press templates, and all custom admin options/front end features were then integrated seamlessly into the Word Press system.
Both of the sites feature a complete CMS system. it also features a very detailed from end calculator. The front end calculator system is setup to do automatic calculations of the goods you want to sell to the owner of the site. You enter in the “quantity” of each item, and it does a series of calculations based off of certain criteria to come to the final price. It also features some integrated payment systems, and the ability to print off shipping labels.
The calculator “categories” are also entirely dynamic, and editable by the administrator of the site.
